中国低空飞行俱乐部从成立之初，定位清晰，打破传统观念，低空国际4000千米以下，国内3000米以下，这个特殊的起飞空域，因此决定，“空天一体，国内外联合”形成俱乐部战略体系。同时，打破了固有的国内外普通装备禁售，政府，军界桎鋯。
2017年是中国低空飞行俱乐部发展速度最快，占领市场最深的一年，全资收购了有12年历史的北京润安通用航空有限公司，在青海有500米机场跑道和四个起降点，在东北飞播农田24万亩，同时与世界500强在天津成立“约飞国际天津有限公司”携宾利俱乐部、好莱坞中国入驻滨海新区华夏金融大厦。并先后与美中航空协会，陈纳德基金会，美国之风沃美林恩航空学院展开深度合作。
